RespondersAI
RespondersAI does not store, log, or retain your submissions on our servers. We do not build a server-side copy of the content you enter or capture in our apps.
Some features use third-party AI services (for example OpenAI, Anthropic, or other providers we may use now or in the future). When you use a feature that relies on cloud AI, your input may be sent to those providers for processing so the app can return a result. Those providers handle data under their own policies and terms. We choose providers that support appropriate use for our apps, but you should review their privacy policies if you want detail on how they process requests.
Where a feature uses on-device models or other on-phone processing, that processing stays on your device and is not sent to RespondersAI’s servers for that step.
Our apps are designed for operational reference, but you must exclude personal identifiers (such as patient names, birthdates, or other PII) whenever possible.
RespondersAI apps are not HIPAA-compliant tools and are intended for informational and clinical support purposes only.
EMS Drug Reference
When you enter or photograph medication information for lookup, content may be processed using cloud AI providers as described above. RespondersAI does not keep a server-side copy of that content.
Reference lookup history (Pro users only): Pro subscribers may use a local history feature that stores medication lists and summaries on your device in encrypted Keychain storage. This data never leaves your device and can be deleted from within the app. Free-tier lookups are not stored in this history feature.
EMS Protocol Reference
The same RespondersAI principles apply: no server-side storage by us, optional cloud AI processing through third-party providers where a feature requires it, and on-device processing where a feature is implemented that way. Do not include personal identifiers in what you submit.
